  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 large whole wheat tortillas or wraps
  • Optional: Lettuce leaves

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the sliced turkey, dried cranberries, and chopped pecans.
  2. In a separate small bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard until smooth.
  3. Add the cream cheese mixture to the turkey mixture and stir gently to combine. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
  4. If using, lay out the lettuce leaves on the tortillas.
  5. Spoon the turkey cranberry mixture evenly onto the center of each tortilla.
  6. Fold in the sides of the tortillas and then roll them up tightly.
  7. Slice in half if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can substitute walnuts for pecans if you prefer.
  • For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise.
  • Add a pinch of poultry seasoning for an extra Thanksgiving flavor.
