Make the famous Neiman Marcus Dip, also known as Million Dollar Dip. This creamy, cheesy appetizer with bacon and almonds comes together quickly and is perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup crumbled cooked bacon
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise. Mix until the texture is smooth and fully combined.
  2. Stir in the shredded sharp cheddar cheese until evenly distributed throughout the base.
  3. Gently fold in the crumbled cooked bacon and half of the chopped green onions.
  4. Transfer the dip mixture to a serving bowl.
  5. In a small, dry skillet over medium heat, toast the sliced almonds until fragrant and lightly browned, about 3 to 5 minutes. Watch them closely to prevent burning.
  6. Sprinkle the toasted almonds and the remaining green onions over the top of the dip for garnish.
  7. Chill the Neiman Marcus Dip for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
  8. Serve cold with your favorite crackers, tortilla chips, or vegetable sticks.

Notes

  • You can toast the almonds ahead of time to save a few minutes during assembly.
  • This is a cold appetizer dip, so chilling time is important for the best texture.
