Make this creamy, cheesy Million Dollar Dip in just five minutes with no cooking required. It is a crowd-pleasing, easy appetizer perfect for game days or parties.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup crumbled cooked bacon
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped toasted almonds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the softened cream cheese and sour cream into a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Use an electric mixer or a sturdy spoon to combine the cream cheese and sour cream until the mixture is smooth and fully blended.
  3. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and chopped green onions until they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  4. If you are using almonds, gently fold them in now.
  5. Cover the bowl and chill the Million Dollar Dip in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving. This allows the flavors to meld together.
  6. Serve your cold dip with your favorite crackers, tortilla chips, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

  • For an extra layer of flavor, you can add one packet of dry ranch seasoning mix to the dip ingredients.
  • If you need to serve this dip immediately, you can skip the chilling time, but the flavor is better after it rests.
  • To toast almonds quickly, spread them on a dry skillet over medium heat and stir constantly for 3 to 5 minutes until fragrant. Watch them closely to prevent burning.
