Quick and flavorful garlic butter steak bites, perfect for a speedy weeknight dinner or an impressive appetizer. This recipe is designed for ease and speed, making deliciousness accessible even for beginner cooks.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pat the steak bites dry with paper towels. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add steak bites to the hot skillet in a single layer, being careful not to overcrowd the pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side until browned. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
  4. Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and minced garlic to the same skillet. Cook, stirring constantly, until butter is melted and garlic is fragrant, about 1 minute.
  5. Return the steak bites to the skillet. Toss to coat in the garlic butter. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until steak reaches your desired doneness.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For best results, use a good quality sirloin steak.
  • Adjust garlic to your preference.
  • Don’t overcrowd the pan when searing the steak to ensure a good crust.
