Make this simple, no-bake frozen yogurt bark using strawberries for a refreshing, easy summer dessert or snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a small baking sheet (about 9×13 inches) with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, aiming for about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thickness.
  4. Arrange the sliced strawberries over the yogurt layer.
  5. Sprinkle the mini chocolate chips over the top, if using.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.
  7. Once frozen, lift the bark using the parchment paper and break it into irregular pieces.
  8. Store the pieces in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

  • For best results, use full-fat Greek yogurt for a creamier texture.
  • If you prefer a sweeter bark, increase the maple syrup amount slightly.
  • You can substitute strawberries with other firm fruits like blueberries or raspberries.
  • If the bark is hard to break, let it sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before cracking.
