Ingredients
Scale
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 packet (1 oz) dry ranch seasoning mix
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for crispiness)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius). Lightly grease a baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, dry ranch seasoning mix, and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.
Spread the ranch mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
If using, sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the ranch mixture.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit (74 degrees Celsius) and the topping is golden brown.
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra juiciness, you can pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness before coating.
If you prefer using chicken thighs instead of breasts, increase the baking time by 5 to 10 minutes.
To make this recipe lower in fat, substitute the mayonnaise with plain Greek yogurt.
